Who we support

Supported living and personal care for adults. Every care package is built around the person and reviewed as their needs change.

Many people need more than one kind of support. Choose a service to read more, or ask us.

What "flexible care package" means

It means the support isn't fixed on the day someone moves in. Their care plan sets out the help they need, such as how many hours, which tasks and at what times of day, and we adjust it as their needs change. Support can step up after a hospital stay or a difficult spell, and step down as the person grows in confidence and independence. Any change is agreed with the person, their family if they wish, and whoever funds their care, such as the council or the NHS.
