Our aim
We want everyone who visits this website to be able to use it, including people who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard, or need larger text. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What you can do on this site
You should be able to:
- zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen
- move around the whole site using just a keyboard, with a clear outline showing where you are
- skip straight to the main content with the "Skip to main content" link
- use a screen reader, with headings, labels and image descriptions to guide you
- turn off animations by switching on "reduce motion" on your device
We have also kept the language plain, used text and backgrounds with strong contrast, and made sure no information is shown by colour alone.
Things we're still working on
We know about these and are working on them:
- our online forms open your own email app to send your message. If you don't use an email app, you can email us directly instead
- we have not yet tested the site with people who use assistive technology
If you need information in another format
If you need anything on this website in a different format, such as large print, easy read or another language, email info@

If you find something on this website hard to use, please email info@
How we tested this website
On 19 October 2026, and again after updates on 23 October 2026, we:
- ran automated accessibility checks (axe-core) on every page, at desktop and phone sizes
- checked that every page can be used with a keyboard
- checked that every page works at 320 pixels wide, the same as zooming in to 400%
We will review this statement whenever we make significant changes to the website.
