Why we exist

A safe home, with support planned around you

Zenith was founded by a nurse. We help adults who are leaving hospital, or at risk of losing their home, settle somewhere safe, with support planned around them and reviewed as their needs change.

Our mission

To give every person a safe home where their dignity, independence and wellbeing always come first.

What we stand for

Four promises, and what each one means day to day.

  • Safety first

We check every home for risks before anyone moves in.

In practice: each person has a safety plan, reviewed daily.

  • A well-led service

Strong leadership keeps close oversight of every person's care.

In practice: clear roles, regular supervision, and ongoing training and development for every member of staff.

  • Competent carers

Our carers are PMVA-trained, so they can support people with complex needs safely, calmly and with dignity.

In practice: PMVA training means staff know how to prevent and calm difficult situations, and keep everyone safe.

  • Flexible care packages

Support is planned around the person and changes as their needs change.

In practice: hours and types of support can step up or down, agreed with the person, their family and whoever funds their care.

How we work

We'd rather show you how we work than ask you to take our word for it.

  1. We're open about how care works

Ask how care is planned, reviewed and recorded, and we'll show you. Families hear from us daily, and straight away if something important changes.

  2. We review risks daily

We assess each person's risks before they move in, review them every day, and look again straight away whenever something changes.

  3. We welcome feedback and complaints

Tell us what's working and what isn't. We listen, reply and act on it, and we'll tell you what we changed.

    Give us feedback

Where we work

We support people in Kent, and we're growing, with plans to open homes in more areas.

  • Planned: Midlands
  • Planned: North England
